it is assumed that the size and furnishings of the property shall be of reasonable propertions relating to the inormation given to NNB at the time of the booking. NNB reserve the right to deviate from any price list for any property not of reasonable propertions, quoting custom prices at the time of booking, or agreed fee by negotiation wither before or after completion of an instruction.
Payment will be due within 30 days of invoicing. If payments are not made within 60 days of invoicing, legal proceedings will be taken against the client and no further instructions will be undertaken until outstanding balances are cleared.
Cancellations
We require at least 4 hours notice to cancel or postpone an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a £40 cancellation fee being charged.
